Owners Patti Normand, OTR, and Sherry McGhee, PT, first met while providing therapy services within the school setting. Both worked as licensed Occupational and Physical Therapists in schools for years, and found their expertise in such demand that they had more work than they themselves could handle.

In 1984, they founded Comprehensive Therapy Consultants to meet these increasing demands for their school therapy services. Patti and Sherry have been training and mentoring Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists ever since, and the company has grown each year. Now, 25 years later, they’ve developed a reputation of excellence for providing qualified, devoted therapists to the school systems they serve.

Despite this growth, the partners remain hands-on by choice. Unlike other therapist owned companies, Patti and Sherry have worked many years in the educational setting and continue to do so on a limited basis. They take a personal interest in each school system they serve, and each therapist hired.
