We’re excited to invite you to share your professional insights as part of our upcoming Focus Group for Therapists. This is a unique opportunity to influence how staffing agencies like ours can better support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) in their careers.

 

Your input will help shape future recruiting practices, improve candidate experiences, and create more supportive opportunities for professionals like you.

How the Process Works

 

  1. Complete the Pre-Screening Form

    Fill out a short form to confirm your eligibility. We’re looking for therapists with at least 1 year of experience in their field who are willing to join a 1 hour- 1.5 hour session via Zoom.

  2. Receive Confirmation & Details

    If you meet the criteria, we’ll contact you within a week with your scheduled date, time, and Zoom link.

  3. Join the Focus Group

     

    • Format: Virtual (Zoom)

    • Duration: between 1 hour- 1.5 hour

    • Discussion Topics: Recruiting practices, communication with staffing companies, trust-building, and what therapists truly want in a job search.

    • Atmosphere: Open, honest, and confidential—there are no right or wrong answers.

  4. Receive Your Thank-You Gift

    After the session, we’ll send you a $50 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for your valuable time and input.
